What's included in our Home Watch Checklist?
Our checklist includes an exterior inspection that checks for any signs of forced entry, vandalism or damages , inspect doors and windows. As for the interior, we check for signs of water leaks or damage, inspect utilities (hot water tank, furnace, breaker panel, etc), ensure smoke detectors are functioning, look for signs of pest infestations, collect mails/parcels. Ground maintenance, check the condition of landscaping and ensure that grass is mowed or snow is cleared, if applicable. Inspect pools/hot tubs for cleanliness and maintenance needs. Documentations, take photos/notes of any issues found during the visit and provide a report to the homeowner, detailing there findings and any actions taken, if applicable. Kind reminder, all services are 100% customizable to fit your needs, don’t hesitate to ask.

What types of properties do we manage?
There are three main types of property management, Residential, Commercial & Industrial.
We currently only provide Residential Property Management, which includes, Single Family Homes (SFH), Vacation properties, Multi-family residences, Townhouses, Condominiums, Apartments, etc.
We aim to grow our service base and to reach other types of property management.

What are the benefits to Home Watch?
Home Watch has many benefits, one being to satisfy your home insurance clause which can lead to potential insurance discounts. Most insurance companies won’t even process a claim if your home was left vacant for a certain period of time, most commonly 48-72 hours. This service also provides peace of mind for homeowners by helping deter any damages/break-ins, especially when they are away for extended periods of time. The regular visits furthermore help identify and address maintenance issues and act as a preventive care service, keeping up with your properties maintenance. Our emergency protocol additionally allows us to act on any urgent matters regarding your home at any time.
